Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT
Currently I accept credit card, debit card and bank transfers via PayPal and I also accept cheques and cash. If payment is by cheque, I will pay it into the bank within 24 hours of receipt and will ship the item as soon as the cheque has cleared.

POSTAGE
For jewellery sales, I charge £6 per shipment for a value up to £500. If the total value of the items bought is more than this or if the shipment is to travel overseas, please contact me for shipping costs and further info. I always ship using insured Special Delivery. The item will always be covered for the retail price in case of loss or damage.

HANDBAGS
With regard to handbag sales, there is a flat rate of £8 for postage and packaging within the UK. As above, please contact me should you require shipment to go overseas. Normally I would use Recorded Delivery to send the handbags due to their weight. If you would rather I sent it via Special Delivery, this may incur a larger postage charge. Please contact me for further info if this is a requirement.

DELIVERY
Delivery of a jewellery item should be next day and will require a signature. Delivery of a handbag will be within 5 working days and this will also require a signature.

JEWELLERY RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will refund the full amount excluding postage. For this, you will need to notify me within 7 days of receipt via either e-mail or telephone. I will send the purchase price back to you as soon as I have received the item back via insured post and in the condition in which it was sent. It should also include the original box or packaging e.g. velvet bag. Please include your sales receipt. The cost of return postage will be at your own expense.
Returns and credits will be processed within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the item. I will confirm receipt of the returned item and completion of the refund via e-mail.

HANDBAG RETURNS
If you are not happy with your handbag, I will refund the full amount excluding postage. For this, you will need to notify me within 7 days of receipt via either e-mail or telephone. I will send the purchase price back to you as soon as I have received the item back via recorded post and in the condition in which it was sent. It should also include the original packaging. Please include your sales receipt. The cost of return postage will be at your own expense.

'COOLING OFF PERIOD'
As this purchase has been made through the distance selling method, you have, by law, a cooling off period of 7 days in which you can cancel the order prior to shipment. If you have already sent payment, you will receive a full refund.
