This amethyst heart brooch is so simple in it's design, but the amethyst is a stunning purple colour and would look fantastic when pinned onto an item of clothing.
This is an early 20th century piece, probably Edwardian, and is made from 9 carat gold. The amethyst heart is a very deep stone, typical of the era, and has been been beautifully cut with multi facets.
The brooch is 4cms long and the heart stone is approximately 1.3cms in length from top to tip. |
