This pendant is from the early 20th century and is made from 9 carat gold with beautiful seed pearls set into the piece. It is a brooch as well as a pendant and can be worn either way, though the brooch pin, due to it's age, is not as secure as it should be.
The flower is approximately 2cms in diameter and the pendant would hang 3cms in length from the top of the loop to the bottom of the flower.
It currently hangs on a modern 9 carat gold chain which could be purchased in addition to the piece and measures 46cms/18 inches in length and is hallmarked on the catch. |
