This is an incredibly unusual ring, with a cabochon cut lapis lazuli stone, centrally set, surrounded by 14 tiny rubies.
The stones are set in 18 carat white gold which is marked on the inside of the shank.
The style of this ring is subtle and you are unlikely to see anything quite the same.
