Pearl and Turquoise heart pendant with a central old cut diamond. Everything on this pendant is original and it has not been restored in any way. The gold is high carat gold although it is not marked.

It is in perfect condition and a very fine example of a heart pendant from the late Victorian period. Beautiful!

It measures 2.5cm from the top of the ring to the tip of the heart.
