This spider pendant is typical of the late Victorian period and this is an original. The spider fills a large circle and the pendant is 9ct gold which is marked on the back. The spider moves within the circle.
The central stone is a natural blue zircon of a vibrant blue colour.
The pendant measures 2.75cm from the top of the chain loop to the base of the circle. The circle itself measures 2cm in diameter.
The spider appears to have had some small repair work around the eyes/face, though this is not obvious. |
