| Vintage Ivorine Snake Bracelet |
This is a quirky Ivorine snake bracelet with the Ivorine making up the body of the bracelet and green coloured stones with silver coloured metal studs set in a uniform fashion down the centre of the body. The snake face is made from a combination of the same green stones and the tiny metal studs.
The inside of the head and tail of the bracelet have been stained red at some point in the bracelet's life and this is likely to be from a piece of clothing. This is unlikely to happen again and probably happened in the earlier stages of it's life. The bracelet has also been repaired at the neck, but this is secure and unnoticeable.
The snake measures 11"/27.5cm in length and there is approximately 3"/7.5cm overlap allowing for the bracelet to expand with your hand and then fit your wrist like a bangle. |
