Stunning opal and ruby 15ct gold necklace from the Victorian period. The opals in this pendant have amazing fire and show a real vibrancy in the multiple colours that can be seen. The largest opal at the top measures 1.2cm in width and is extremely eye catching. Between the two opals is a fabulous pink ruby. The pendant measures 4cm in length from the top of the largest opal to the tip of the opal at the bottom.
The chain part of the necklace measures 16.5"/42cm and the whole necklace is hallmarked as 15ct with a traditional tag near the catch of the chain. |
