| Aquamarine & Diamond Earrings |
These pretty and dainty aquamarine earrings are from the Edwardian period and have two pale blue aquamarines on each earring, one at the top and a larger oval shaped one at the bottom. The bottom aqua is surrounded by four old cut diamonds. These earrings are made from high carat gold, probably 15ct, though this is not marked and are in excellent condition. They have secure pierced fastenings and the stems between the two aquas are very straight and undamaged as can be the case on some jewellery of this design. The earrings measure 3.7cm from the top of the hook to the base of the bottom diamond. The earring stem without the hook measures 2.7cm. |
