These simple, yet pretty, late Victorian earrings are made from 15ct gold and have old cut, deep pink rubies that are claw set at the top of an elegant chain that has two gold balls hanging along it. They are in good condition, with no dints in the gold balls at all. The earrings measure 3cm in length from the top of the ruby to the base of the larger ball. The hook adds an extra 0.35cm to this length. The larger ball is 0.6cm in diameter. The gold is hallmarked with a 15ct tab on the back of one of the balls. |
