| Ruby & Enamel 9ct Gold Necklace |
This piece is a pretty Edwardian necklace with a lovely white enamel bow, from which hangs a vibrant pink ruby drop. The drop is surrounded by a 9ct rose gold loop, which frames it well, and is topped with a white paste stone. The bow has a central set ruby to top off the whole piece and tie it all together. The enamel of the bow is in excellent condition.
The whole piece is finished with a 9ct gold chain that measures 16"/41cm. The gold is not hallmarked, but has been tested. The rubies have been verified by a gem expect. The pendant part of the necklace measures 2.8cm by 1.5cm.
The pendant may have been adapted from another piece of jewellery, but this has been done expertly. |
