This stunning enamel and seed pearl ring is from the early Victorian period and is in incredible condition. The bright royal blue enamel is perfect and the design is truly beautiful with a central flower made from 4 large seed pearls and a tiny half pearl in the centre. It is made from solid 18ct gold and is fully hallmarked as London 1848 - a true piece of history.

The ring may have been sized at some point as the hallmarks have rubbed slightly, but the date is still very readable and whoever has done the re-size has done so with sympathy. The ring would have had a locket back, but the glass is no longer in the back of the ring. This, obviously, does not detract from it's beauty and the ring is otherwise perfect.

The flower measures 1.1cm in diameter.
