| 18ct Gold Sapphire & Pearl Bangle |
This beautiful and unusual bracelet is probably Austro-Hungarian and boasts a stunning royal blue sapphire as it's centrepiece. The sapphire is faceted and claw set in gold. It measures approximately 4mm in diameter. It is flanked by two marvellous natural pearls with an incredible lustre and all stones are securely set at the centre top of the bracelet. Across the whole of the top of the bracelet, and either side of the stones, the metal has been enamelled with a deep, rich red to the centre and white edges. The whole piece is in immaculate condition. The bracelet is made from solid 18ct gold. This has been tested, but is not hallmarked. It has an excellent, secure catch and the original safety chain for extra security. The bracelet when closed measures 5.5cm in diameter and has an internal circumfrance of 6.5"/16.5cm. It would fit a wrist of 6.5" or less. |
