| 15ct Gold Bracelet with Garnet & Pearl Heart |
This pretty Victorian 15ct gold bracelet has a beautiful central heart design with a heart shaped garnet surrounded by a circle of natural seed pearls. All the seed pearls and the garnet are original to the piece. The main central design is in excellent condition. The main circumference of the bangle, however, is not in perfect condition. As you can see from the photos, there is some damage to the left of the central design with a small tear in the gold. The clasp is secure, but shows signs of wear and tear and there is a also a little ding in the gold near the clasp. The bracelet is fully hallmarked as 15ct gold, though this has rubbed a little. Overall, the bracelet is beautiful and has obviously been well loved. The inside edge of the bangle is 7"/17cm and the heart design at the top is 1.4cm by 1cm. The damage to this piece has been reflected in the price. |
