| 18ct Gold & Diamond Fly Brooch |
This pretty brooch is from the Victorian period and is made from solid 18ct gold. It is set with old cut diamonds in each of the four wings, five on either side, and has two sapphires, one of which is pear shaped, making up the body of the fly. It is in excellent condition and is a lovely delicate piece.It is hallmarked as '750' on the back of the fly denoting 18ct gold and measures 1.4cm from the top of the antennae to the bottom of the leg. It has a wingspan of 1.5cm. |
