This pretty locket ring is from the Victorian period and has a shield shaped centrepiece with a bevelled edge original glass panel. There is a pretty gold detail on the shoulders of the ring to offset the shield emblem.
It is made from high carat gold. It is not hallmarked, but has been tested as such. The ring has had the bottom part of the shank replaced, but this cannot be seen when worn. The glass panel cannot be removed without damaging the glass.
