This pretty necklace is from the Edwardian period and the pendant is made of 15ct gold. It has a rope twist circle surrounding a hanging bird, which is studded with natural seed pearls. It has the original bale, which is also studded with seed pearls. The whole piece is in beautiful condition and would look very pretty when worn.The pendant is marked as 15ct gold on the back of the bale, as pictured. The circle measures 1.8cm in diameter and the whole pendant measures 2.4cm from the top of the bale to the base of the circle. It hangs on a chain that is 9ct gold and measures 16"/41cm in length. |
