| 15ct Gold Edwardian Pearl Locket |
This beautiful locket is from the late Victorian/early Edwardian period and is made from 15ct gold. It has a glass cavity at the centre, which is surrounded by natural seed pearls, and it's original bale, also studded with seed pearls. The cavity opens on a hinge at the back with ease and has a secure catch.The gold is not hallmarked, but has been tested as 15ct gold. The locket itself measures 2cm in diameter with the bale adding 0.8cm to the length. The whole piece is in excellent condition. |
