| Georgian Aquamarine & Diamond Ring |
This beautiful ring is from the late Georgian period and has a marvellous oval aquamarine as the central focus, which has been set in 18ct gold and has three gold balls on either side to offset the stone. The aquamarine is a lovely pale blue and is a deep cut stone with multi facets on the underside, which show through the flatter top service.On either side of the aquamarine are two old cut diamonds. The setting measures 1.8cm in width with the aquamarine being 0.9cm in width. The whole ring is handmade and there is some slight loss of the gold setting around the aquamarine. It is, however, very securely set in it's position and this only adds to it's charm. The gold is 18ct gold, which has been tested, but is not hallmarked.Ring size UK P US 8.
