| 18ct Gold Edwardian Diamond & Pearl Necklace |
This stunning pendant is from the Edwardian period and has a diamond of approximately 20 points set in 18ct white gold. This is topped by a leaf style design with six diamonds studded into it, the largest of which is approximately 10 points. The pendant's bale is also studded with diamonds. Hanging from the bottom of this is an oval shaped pearl drop. The whole pendant is made from 18ct white gold, which is backed by 18ct yellow gold. This is typical of jewellery from this period.The pendant is in excellent condition and would look incredible on. It measures 3.3cm from the top of the bale to the base of the pearl. It is 1.3cm at it's widest point. It hangs on an 18ct gold chain which measures 20"/50.5cm. The chain is hallmarked as 18ct gold on the clasp. |
