Antique 9ct Plain Circle Locket
A beautiful locket in lovely condition from the early 20th Century. The locket is made from 9ct gold to the back and the front and has metal interiors; a common method of construction for lockets from this period. It is a perfect circle and entirely plain on both sides with a beautiful faceted bail. Inside there are frames that can be removed to place your own photos behind. Currently there is a picture of generations of the British Royal family inside, possibly dating to around the late 1920s; this can easily be removed and has been left as a point of interest.
The locket will come on a 14kt gold fill chain similar to the one pictured.
