A stunning pendant from the late Victorian period, c1890. The pendant is a beautiful boulder opal that has been polished into a heart shape. The boulder opal is predominantly brown and has amazing flashes of colour throughout. The colours include greens, blues, reds and oranges and it makes for a spectacular ‘light show’. The opal is topped with a 9ct gold original bail.
