A stunner of a locket in a distinctive plump egg shape. The locket is made from silver with a little hint of gilding still remaining. It is covered throughout with enamel, which is a vibrant blue. The locket opens on a hinge to reveal a bronze enamel inside. Such a lovely contrast! The locket closes firmly and hangs on a little silver gilt split ring.
