Antique French Postcard Charm
A wonderful and rare charm from the turn of the last century. The charm is made from solid silver and depicts the Monumental gate from the Paris Universal Exhibition. This exhibition was a world fair to celebrate the achievements of the past century and to encourage development into the new century. The other side of the charm is a postcard with all the details picked out in enamel, complete with an enamel stamp. Such a lovely piece of history and a real collectors piece.
