A pair of lovely natural gold nugget pendants from the Victorian period. The nuggets test as 18ct gold and were likely mined during one of the gold rushes of this era. Nuggets are generally thought to be around 70-90% pure gold naturally mixed in with other metals such as silver and palladium. In fact, if you look closely you can see evidence of this within these gold nuggets. Both nuggets have 18ct gold bails and are a cute size, ideal worn in a bunch of charms.
