Antique Large Rose Diamond Ring
A stunning ring that appears to be made from antique components. The ring is made from solid 18ct gold and has a fabulous rose cut diamond set in a silver cut down collet setting at the centre. The rose cut has a lovely high dome and the facets encourage the light to bounce around the stone beautifully. The shank has some lovely ridging to the shoulders and the ring is wonderfully substantial. It is likely that the shank is original late Victorian and the rose cut has been set in the centre at a later date. The match is a stunning one and the designs are very much in keeping with each other.
