Antique Perpignan Garnet Stud Earrings
A beautiful pair of earrings from the late Victorian period. The earrings are made from 18ct gold and have wonderful perpignan garnets set in closed back settings. Perpignan is a large city in the South of France and it is known for these beautiful gemstones, cut as rose cuts. The cut allows the light to shimmer prettily on the surface of the gemstone and they are always complimented by the lovely gold setting.
