A wonderful, simple locket from the early 20th Century with full British hallmarks for Birmingham 1919. The locket is made from solid 15ct gold and has hallmarks all over it! The back has a full hallmark, whilst the frames, inside and even the bail are marked as .625 15. It is lovely to find one that is so extensively stamped.
The locket is plain and round and has two frames inside with the original glass on each side. These can be removed to place your own photos inside. It has a good click closure and stays firmly shut.

Size - The locket measures approx 23.5mm in diameter. It is around 5.8mm deep.
Condition - Very good. A couple of very minor pinprick dings here and there. Only visible in certain lights and certainly commensurate with age. Overall, excellent antique condition.
