Art Deco 18ct Gold & Platinum Chain 15"
A wonderful quality chain from the Art Deco period, c1920. The chain is made from solid 18ct gold and platinum and has a gorgeous weighty feel. The yellow gold links had an interesting circle link with a decorative element. The equal stations of gold chain are interspersed with platinum bar links. The effect is very pretty and the chain is a beautiful example. It is fine enough that a pendant could be added, but has enough presence to be worn alone. The weight and quality can really be felt and it has a lovely presence on the neck.
