Art Deco Enamel Parrot & Pearl Pendant
A beautiful and unusual pendant from the Art Deco period, c1920s. The pendant is made from 9ct gold, marked on the bottom of the frame, and has a lovely circular form. At the centre is a vibrant parrot picked out in colourful enamel. The shape and design of the pendant makes it look as though the parrot is sitting on its perch and its body is enhanced with a cultured pearl. The pearl has a pretty lustre and completes the piece.
The pendant will come on a 14kt gold fill chain similar to the one pictured.

Size - The pendant measures approx 21mm in diameter. The parrot measures approx 18mm head to tail. The pearl is approx 4.5mm in diameter.
Condition - Good. The enamel shows a little wear, only visible through magnification and not detrimental to the overall look of the piece.
