A pretty heart charm from the Edwardian period, dated Chester 1906. This lovely charm is in immaculate condition with three split seed pearls set into the front in a design hinting at an ivy leaf. Ivy was considered to symbolise eternal affection and friendship. It was a popular motif during the late Victorian period/early 20th Century. The charm has a hollow construction and is made from 9ct gold with full hallmarks to the reverse.
