Edwardian Black Opal & Diamond Ring
A beautiful ring from the Edwardian period, c1905. The ring is made from 18ct gold and has a wonderful natural black opal at the centre. The opal is full of rainbow colours and shows greens and oranges in various lights. This is surrounded by a halo of single cut diamonds. The line of the ring follows the curve of the diamonds giving the setting a scalloped edge. This ring is beautifully made and there has been real attention paid to its quality.
