A pretty pair of diamond earrings from the Edwardian period. The earrings are French in origin, marked with the eagle head for 18ct gold on the hook. They have lovely old European cut diamonds in claw settings. The diamonds are lovely quality, approx H colour, VS/SI clarity. The earrings are complete with dormeuse fastenings and have a pretty detail to the front of the fittings set with 3 diamond slices. A true classic pair.

Age - Edwardian

Size - The diamonds measure approx 4mm in diameter and the settings are around 6.5mm in diameter. The earrings measures around 23mm from the top of the hooks to the base of the setting.

Condition - Very good. One diamond has a tiny chip at the girdle, noted for accuracy only and not at all detrimental to the overall look.
