Edwardian Ruby & Diamond Ring

£0.00
sold out

A pretty ring from the Edwardian period, dated Birmingham 1905. The ring is made from solid 18ct gold and has full English hallmarks. It has been beautifully made with pretty engraved shoulders. Across the finger sit three graduated rubies and two old mine cut diamonds. The gemstones are in good condition overall and the rubies are a lovely, soft pink colour. They are well protected in their claw setting and would stack very well with other bands to add a touch of colour.

Details:

Materials - 18ct Gold (marked), Ruby, Diamond

Age - Dated Birmingham 1905

Size - The setting measures approx 15mm across the finger by 5mm high.

Ring Size - UK L ½ US 6 It would be a little tricky to resize this ring due to the position of the hallmark. It could be done, though the hallmark may not be preserved.

Condition - Very good. Minimal wear commensurate with age

Weight - 2.85g
