Edwardian Silver Stamp Holder with Heart
A lovely example of this style of stamp holder from the Edwardian period, dated Chester 1904. The pendant is made from sterling silver with a full English hallmark and has been made in the shape of an envelope. These envelope stamp holders are fairly common, though it is uncommon to find one with a lovely heart in the centre of the engraving. A pretty and unusual example in good working order.
