Edwardian Swallow Circle Locket

A beautiful, larger sized locket from the Edwardian period. The locket is made from 9ct gold to the back and the front with metal inserts as is often customary of lockets from this period. It is beautifully engraved to the front and the back with two swallows playing amongst the flowers. The engraving is the same on each side. Inside, there are two frames that can be removed to place your own photos inside.

Size - The locket measures approx 34mm in diameter. It is around 4.3mm deep.

Condition - Very good. The locket stays firmly closed, though it does not quite sit flush.
