Georgian Agate Drop Pendant
A gorgeous and unusual pendant from the Georgian period, c1820s. The pendant is made from 9ct gold and has wonderful balls of agate set around a ribbed circular frame. Each one has its own ribbed gold setting and is set on a gold pin through the middle. The agates are lovely spheres of orange with white elements within. Hanging at the centre bottom is a little chain with a further, more orange agate at the bottom. The pendant hangs on a little cable chain leading to a simple gold bail.
