Georgian Rose Diamond Flower Ring
A beautiful ring from the Georgian period, circa late 18th Century. The ring is made from 15ct gold and has been made in the shape of a pretty flower. The flower is studded with rose diamonds and the petals are beautifully stylised with a domed centre. The diamonds glitter enticingly and the deep yellow of the gold compliments their sparkle perfectly. Perhaps this centrepiece started life as something else, though it appears to have been converted in antiquity as the shank is a lovely elegant antique style.
