A beautiful and rare ring from the Georgian period. The ring tests as around 12ct gold and is a classic wide style that narrows towards the back. The centrepiece is the most exquisite target design set with beautiful hand cut rose diamonds and a blue enamel circle at the centre. The enamel has a diamond set flower to the middle and the entire top of the ring glitters prettily; ideal for the candlelight of the day.
The secret of the top is that is also a locket. The entire design opens on a hinge and has a frame inside to secure your own photo behind the lip. The locket curves with the finger and the ring is entirely original. The locket closes securely and the compartment remains secret from others. Such a gorgeous example.
