Georgian Tiny Ruby Charm

A cute little charm with the date 1st Feb 1817 inscribed around the edge, indicating that it is from the end of the Georgian period. It is made from 18ct gold and has a glass centre that holds a little lock of hair. The front has a tiny ruby set in the centre. The ruby is a lovely deep pink/red colour and is in beautiful condition.

Age - Dated 1817

Size - The charm measures approx 11mm in diameter excluding the bail.

Condition - Good. A little wear to the edges of the glass, commensurate with age
