Late Edwardian Ruby & Diamond Ring

Such a pretty and unusual ring from the late Edwardian period, c1915. The ring is made from 18ct gold and has a stylised diagonal cross of single cut diamonds through the centre of the setting. This is punctuated with four beautiful, deep red rubies. The rubies have a stunning and rich colour and sit perfectly amongst the diamonds. The ring has a low profile making it very comfortable on the finger and is a wonderful, unusual design.

Materials - 18ct Gold (tested), Rubies, Diamonds

Age - Early 20th Century

Size - The central setting measures approx 12mm across by 10mm high.

Ring Size - UK M 1/2. US 6 3/4 This ring can be resized

Condition - Excellent. One ruby has a very small scratch towards the edge, likely always there and set as is. Noted for accuracy only
