A gorgeous pendant from the end of the Victorian period. The pendant is made from 9ct gold with a 9CT mark to the edge along with a patent number. It has a glorious cheeky cherub cut out from a gold sheet and placed on top of Mother-of-Pearl within a gold glass locket. The cherub has been designed to look as though he is jumping out at you and the design is complete with the date cut out at the bottom, 1900.
Such an unusual piece; I have not seen another like it. The chain pictured is for display only.
