Petite Diamond & Sapphire Pendant
A beautiful and elegant pendant from the turn of the last century, c1900. The pendant is made from solid 18ct gold and has a beautiful deep blue sapphire at the centre that has been cushion cut. The blue of the sapphire is very striking and it is surrounded by wonderful little rose cut diamonds. The diamonds are faceted in such a way to bounce the light around the piece and they sparkle prettily in their settings. Potentially, this started life as part of another jewel, though it has been converted expertly and has a good solid bail.
The pendant will come on a 14kt gold fill chain similar to the one pictured.
