Victorian 15ct Heart Ring
A delightful ring from the late Victorian period. The ring is made from solid 15ct gold, which is marked on the inside of the shank. It has a lovely wide shank, which narrows slightly towards the back for comfort, and is decorated with gentle engraving in the gold. At the centre top is a gold heart with rounded edges. The ring is a simple band style that could be stacked with others or worn alone, and would make a pretty alternative wedding band too.

Size - The heart measures approx 8mm by 7.8mm. The band measures around 4.7mm at the top narrowing to 4mm at the back.

Condition - Very good. Evidence of a previous re-sizing, noted for accuracy only and extremely subtle. The engraving is a little worn as it travels around the sides of the shank.
