Victorian 9ct Belcher Link Chain, 17"
A lovely example of this style of chain from the Victorian period. The chain is made from solid 9ct gold that has a rosy colour, as you would expect from antique 9ct gold. It is a classic belcher link with each link baring little facets. The clasp is a solid dog clip, which is also faceted in the gold. The dog clip has a good spring and acts as a strong closure.
