RESERVED Victorian 9ct Belcher Link Chain, 22"
A beautiful statement chain from the late Victorian period, c1890s. The chain is made from solid 9ct gold, marked with a little tab on the chain, and has a lovely belcher link. Each link is faceted and the chain is beautifully made maintaining its excellent condition. The chain has a slightly rosy tint, as is customary of 9ct gold from this period, and I believe the dog clip clasp is a replacement to the original as it has a slightly yellower appearance. A wonderful, sturdy antique chain that could be worn alone or with a larger pendant.
