A wonderful statement brooch pendant from the Victorian period. The brooch is made from solid 15ct gold and has a bold agate gemstone set into the front. The agate has a wonderful white stripe across the centre and a gorgeous glow from within. It is surrounded by individually set real split pearls. The pearls are in amazing condition and all original. The pattern of the setting gives the pendant a lovely floral quality. To the back, there is an oval locket that can be removed to place your own photo inside. The locket has the original glass in place.
This piece can be worn as a pendant or the bail can be tucked away on its little hinge to allow it to be worn as a stylish brooch. Such a stunning look.
