A beautiful and unusual ring from the Victorian period, c1880s. The ring is made from solid 18ct gold and has a lovely quality feel to it. It has an interesting open claw setting with three oval cats eye quartz gemstones set across the finger. The quartz are a stunning olive green with a clear white stripe through the centre and have lovely peaked domes. They are very uniform in their colouring and give a striking look on the hand. The shoulders of the shank have a pretty line design, completing the ring beautifully.
