Victorian Chrysoberyl & Garnet Ring
A beautiful, elegant ring from the Victorian period, c1870s. The ring is made from solid 18ct gold and has a pretty soft yellow chrysoberyl at the centre. These gemstones are always highly sought after and this is a pretty, petite example. It is flanked by almandine garnets on either side that have the deep pink/purple tone that compliments the chrysoberyl so perfectly. These gemstones are often seen together in rings from this period and they are such a lovely combination.
This ring should be worn with care due to the open nature of the settings.
