Victorian Conversion Rose Diamond 'Club' Ring

£0.00
sold out

A pretty little ring likely converted from a Victorian stick pin, though it came to me as it is. The head of the ring has a ‘club’ design, which is set throughout with rose diamonds set in silver. On investigation, the suits of the cards each represent a season and an element. It is said that the club represents summer and is an earth symbol. It is also said to symbolise youth.

The rose diamonds in this pretty ring sparkle prettily and the whole piece has been set on a simple 9ct gold shank. Complete with some little gold ball decorations to finish the look. A pretty, little sparkler!

Details:

Materials - 9ct Gold (tested), Silver, Diamonds

Age - Late Victorian, c1890s, shank later

Size - The club measures approx 8.5mm by 6mm

Ring Size - UK J US 5 This ring could be resized

Condition - Very good

Weight - 2.26g
